    Hello jorgealaniz

    Please configure the notification to send you messages in plain text instead of HTML. Here is what to do:

    1. Load the form into the form builder

    2. While on the "Setup & Embed" tab, click "Email Alerts"

    3. Click "Switch to Text Mode" and then "Finish" and save the form

    Please do another test submission and let us know if the problem has been resolved.

    Yes, I can see it but have you tried the solution I have provided? Have you switched the notification to text mode and done a test submission?

    I think the problem is with Jorge's email client. It seems like every email he receives is in codes. The mail client does not properly interpret the html codes in the mails' content.

    Your email client doesn't seem to properly display the email's content. Can you tell us which email client are you using so we can help you fix how it displays the messages?
