Why do completed forms appear in the table without a participant name, but the participant name is entered and it is a required field?
Also,
On my forms, when I click "more", under data I can select "view PDF submissions", but on some forms I don't have that option, only "open PDf editor"?

Greetings,
Your form history is showing that you were using the text fields for the names previous. These fields were removed on Mar 19 and the Full Name fields were added. When fields are deleted from the form then the related data is removed from the submissions as well.
You can check your form history as shown in the guide below.

If you still have the names then you can edit the submissions and submit them again with the names.
