Do you have dedicated account managers for Bronze plans?

    Hello,

    My name is Christine and I am sending this email to inquire about a few things:

    1. Do you have dedicated account managers for Bronze plans?
    2. Are those people available outside of EST or US time zones?
    3. Do you have a protocol for when Jotform is down and we cannot access our forms?

    I hope you can help me with these questions.

    JotForm doesn't have dedicated account managers, but if you have any inquiries, let us know and we will be more than happy to assist you.
