Problems with appointment element - showing time that are not included

Good morning, we are facing problems with several forms that include appointment boxes.

I scheduled the time we could be available, set up all the features, the time zone (Roma Italy gmt +1), ecc.

BUT we are getting back completed form from our customer, included appointment fixed in times WE DID NOT INCLUDED in the form :O

https://eu.jotform.com/210482754358359 see this form please: the customr booked an appointement at 6.30 pm gmt+1 BUT this time is not included in the form appointment options! How is it possible?

The same is happening with other forms.

Ex: https://eu.jotform.com/210484368649365 2 bookings for 3.30 pm and 3.45 pm BUT these times are not included in the form time options!

I have tried to understand why for hours..., but I can not get any answer. Pls help.

I have checked your form https://www.jotform.com/form/210484368649365 and it shows the time 3:30 and 3:45

This form https://eu.jotform.com/210482754358359 also has the 6:30 PM time slot.
