Good day. My jotforms are randomly coming in without the PDF attachment. How do we fix so it again consistently attaches a PDF version to my emails? I am having to log in and download quite frequently just in the last week. What changed?

Hello Patricia,
Thank you for contacting JotForm Support! We have been experiencing some intermittent latency which is affecting our email PDF deliveries. As of this morning, these issues should be resolved, and I just cleared your form cache in an attempt to clear up any lingering issues you are experiencing.
One other course of action I would suggest is to remove and then re-add the email settings to these forms to ensure that your email settings are up to date.
