Hello,
I have been trying to access my account. I cannot login to my account. I have tried resetting the password, and now I am getting an error message that says my account is locked. How can this be resolved?

Your account is suspended because the form you created is collecting credit card info with plain text fields which is against our Terms of Use. The form is also collecting passwords, which is also not allowed.
I deleted the offending fields from your form and activated the account.
If you want to process payments, you need to use one of our payment processors. And if you want to charge your users at a later date, you can enable payment authorization.
