Upload space limit

    Hello there,

    I deleted all upload files and submissions within Jotform, however I am still being told that I am out of upload space. Please advise.

    Could you please go into your Tables and clear out the Trashed Entries folder for your forms?

    This should clear the space for you. If the issue persists, please let us know.
