Certificate post survey

Hello,

We are looking to use JotForm for our Lunch and Learn webinar. I have completed a registration form and post survey form. What is the best way to create a form that can be emailed at the end so the person can receive a certificate of completion?

The best way to create a form is to select from one of our many certificate form templates, or by creating a form from the beginning and adjust it according to your need.
