My autoresponder emails are not working with the conditional logic

    Hello,

    I have a form where depending on the answers to 2 questions, one of 4 autoresponder emails would be sent. I set up the conditional logic already. But when I test my form, the autoresponder emails don't work most of the time.

    No email is received at all by either party, but the form shows up in the inbox. It has been over 12 hours since the form was completed but no email was sent.

    I checked the email history logs for your notification email so that I can see what values did the user provided in relation to the questions that are in your conditional email.

    As per checking, on the last submission of your form, the user selected the following:

    I tried to find a condition that matches those answers, however, I can only see these two that fits the question What prescription would you like?.

    As you can see, the first one does not meet the answers of the user. While the second one has a missing value.

    Hence, since none of the questions meets any conditions, then no email is sent.

    Please review all your conditions and fix them if necessary.

    Hi, thanks for pointing that out, I actually decided to simplify the autoresponders to just 2 autoresponse emails based on the answer to 1 question. I already went through the form 3 times and only got an email for 1 of them.

    The only one that works is Autoresponder 1. I double checked the conditions this time too.

    I'm also not getting a notification email about 50% of the time in this form that doesn't have any conditional logic on the emails.

    I have checked your last few submissions and they both fall into your Yes Insight condition.

    With that, only the Autoresponder 1 will indeed be sent.

    Since you have been modifying your conditions/emails, would you mind if I make some test submissions directly on your form to confirm the issues based on its current setup?

    Yes, only Autoresponder 1 with the YES condition works. When you select NO, there is no email sent.


    Sure, you can submit test forms! I’m still in testing mode and currently I’m working on cloning the forms into new forms to avoid any bugs with the conditional logic at all.

    I just made a test submission and set it to No insight and was able to receive Autoresponder 2.

    I was not able to receive Autoresponder 3 since it is scheduled to be sent 7 days after.
