Autoresponder Email: Why "From" name is flipped on user's device?

see attached screenshot. This is the auto-responder to the honoree. Why is the "from" field flipped - Foundation Scarsdale instead of Scarsdale Foundation? I don't have it set up that way.

I have cloned your form and did a test submission. I was unable to recreate the issue from my end.

It may due to the device displaying the last name, then the first name. Therefore, causing the name to flip. 

Kindly reconfirm the email shown on other browsers too. Let us know how it goes. 

what setting would this be to cause this to happen on a particular device? I've never seen this.

We are not sure about what specific setting would cause this issue. It definitely depends on the device and software they are using. As you can see that "Julie Glaser" is also shown as "Glaser Julie".
