    Hello. Adding on to this discussion. We are also receiving blank submissions via email. The forms are populating on the server later but I just wanted to make you aware for troubleshooting that it is still happening and is not just an issue from yesterday.

    To confirm, is the email content blank or it's the PDF attachment? If it's the PDF, then thank you for letting us know. We are aware of the issue and our developers are currently working on a fix as of this writing.

    Hi. The pdf is blank. It's just an FYI. We are ok to retrieve the pdfs from the Jotform inbox.
