How Can Survey Recipients Go Directly To Survey Without Logging In?

    I currently use the free version of your platform and considering upgrading. When I send surveys to clients, rather than be taken directly to the survey via the link they receive, they are taken to a login page. Even when they register for an account, they are not able to login. An error message pops up that says they have "unauthorized access."

    Is this how the platform works, or is this a result of the free account that I have? Will survey recipients be able to access the survey without logging in, if I upgrade my membership?

    Hi Rachel, thank you for reaching us.

    Normally, this happens when your form is set as Private Form. To set the form into Public Form, kindly navigate from Publish > Quick Share and click on Private Form. Then, set it as Public Form.
