pdf download link in email returns "not authorized..."

I want people who have filled out our form to receive an autoresponder email that allows them to download the completed pdf.

In test emails, when I click the "Download submission PDF" link, I get:

{"error":"You're not authorized","success":false,"duration":"0.009"}

Please note: it needs to be a link to Download the document, NOT an attached copy of the pdf.

You need to do a test submission of the form - only then you can see the PDF with submissions on the link.

Please also let us know your form URL to check.

To view uploaded files, you need to be logged in to your JotForm account. You can disable Require log-in to view uploaded files. option from the account settings:
