Delivery Charges: How to apply delivery charges only when the delivery option is selected?

Next tricky bit - They can choose collection or delivery. If delivery is chosen then there is a fee but the only way I can see to do this is for them to pick it as a product to add it on. Not ideal as many people don't then pick it ...can this be automatically added if delivery option is chosen?

We will add a paragraph field in the form to display the coupon code for free shipping.

Add a show/hide field condition to show the coupon code when collection is selected.
