Scheduling Appointments

    When I make an appointment with the form I made, the appointment time does not 'grey out' when I am trying to make another appointment. I am worried about double-booking.

    Hi Jenny,

    Your form has only one submission. I can't inspect your live form because it's Private, but I checked it inside of the Form Builder, and there is one gray out time slot, so it seems that the field is working properly.

    Just to be sure, I made a test submission on my cloned form and the time slot I selected is gray out.

    Please test the form again.

    I made the form public, so you can look if needed. I am trying to test it out. I filled out the form once and selected the 9:00 time slot (submission is in the Inbox). When I open a new form to complete a second submission, the 9:00 slot is not grayed out?

    Also, there is a Red Circle on "My approvals" but every time I click on it, it brings me to the "WHOOPS" page.

    I cleared your form cache, so please check again. Also, please tell us if we have permission to get your form.

    I tried testing the form with dummy data, and I attempted to choose 9:00 am (which was not grayed out), but when I submit the form it tells me :

    There are incomplete fields in your submission:

    • Sorry, the selected slot on Appointment (Thursday, April 01) is unavailable now.

    Please go back and fix the problem(s)
