Jotform timing out

    for three days JF seems to give our customers an error code. They are submitting info multiple times thinking the info is not submitting. They are also calling us and creating double work for us. I have spent my days assuring customers the information was received. We have continued to have issues with JF and its frustrating to use something you pay for, something that is supposed to make your job work efficiently and yet it does not. Please help with this issue.
