Hi Support team,
Is it possible to add a widget or a field on the form for a user to perform search if they have fill out the form before filling out the form to avoid multiple submissions?
Also, note that the unique submission is set for one field but yet people are still entering different data for this field and resulted in multiple submission.
Thanks

Greetings,
If you want to prevent your respondents from making multiple submissions in a form, you can use the Unique Submission feature.
Please check this complete guide below:
How to Set Unique Submissions on a Form
Please let us know if you have further questions.
Thank you!

Niko,
I have already set the Unique Submission feature; what I am asking, is it possible for someone to query or search if they have filled the form previously before filling out the form?
In other words, I want the user of the form to search if they have previously submitted an entry or not and if they have not, then he or she can go ahead to fill the form.
I hope this helps clarify my question
Thanks

Hi there,
Unfortunately, there is no direct way of doing this within the form. However, you can use the iframe embed widget to display your Submissions Tables. It will allow your users to check if they already have a submission. I've created a short video to show you how you can achieve this.
Please note that when Tables public access only allows users to view the submissions. They can not edit it.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Thanks
