Question about new Payment form

I have created a payment form. Why does it advertise Jotform when on the "Payment Submitted" form that the user sees after they submit their payment? And also on the confirmation email received by the person who made the payment?

We are paying monthly for Jotform so I don't see why Jotform uses us to advertise in addition. How do I remove this?

Checking all forms on your account, I can see that no JotForm branding is shown anywhere on them.
