Is there a way to insert known fields already in the table or options for us to circle fields?

I have created a form on my account and inserted a table to record vaccine administration information. Is there a way to insert known fields already in the table or options for us to circle fields? For example, one of my columns is for the dose being administer which will always be 0.5 ml. Can I input that information onto my table/form ahead of time so it will print on the PDF version to prevent us from writing it each time. In addition, I have created a site column to record whether a vaccine was given in the left arm or right arm. Is there a way to pre-populate this field to include L or R so we can just circle it.

    Thanks,

    Keith

Hello Keith, please try to prepopulate the input table using this app: https://prepopulate.jotform.io/.

That way, you'll use the generated URL with parameters every time you open the form. The fields you want will be automatically pre-populated with data.
