Changed password and now encryption key doesn't work on submissions.

    I changed the password to my account recently, and now the private key used to decrypt submission information doesn't unscramble the encrypted responses. The same key are uploaded through my phone and computer, but the private key only works to decrypt information when I use the mobile Safari website on my phone.

    The password on the account is not linked to the encryption key. So that should not be the issue since you are able to decrypt on your phone.

    Please clear the local web storage on your web browser and then the browser should ask you for the encryption key when you log into your submission page.
