How can I enter spaces or paragraph divisions in a text block?

I am creating a health intake form and at the very bottom where I have clients sign, I have written a large paragraph of policies and agreements the client is signing to. I would like to be able to make spaces/hit enter to create smaller paragraphed sections. This is also a feature I would like to be able to easily do on Jot Form for future forms I'm going to create. How can I easily do this?

You are unable to add breaks in the text because you've added it all in the field label.

For the policies and agreement text, you can use the paragraph field instead.
