Move review before submit widget

Is there a way to move the review before submit feature somewhere not at the end of the form?

Unfortunately, that is not possible. The "Review before submit" widget always comes before the submit at the end of the form.

If you want to summarize a set of data and place it somewhere not near the end of the form, then you may use a Paragraph element, and pass the input value there.
