Logo Missing from Auto Responder

    Hi there - Our logo is missing from two of our auto responder emails, shown in the red box below (set up for https://form.jotform.com/210526897993169). The logo does display on the other autoresponder and notification email.


    Our privacy settings are unchecked to allow files/images to be shared.

    Any ideas for how to get the logo to show up on the emails?

    I was able to reproduce the issue you are having when I tested a cloned version of your form on my end without making any changes first. However, I was able to fix the issue just by updating the logo in the email content from the email alert settings on the form builder page.


    After downloading the image, I have re-uploaded the image by doing this:
