Logo Missing from Auto Responder

    Hi there - Our logo is missing from two of our auto responder emails, shown in the red box below (set up for https://form.jotform.com/210526897993169). The logo does display on the other autoresponder and notification email.

    Our privacy settings are unchecked to allow files/images to be shared.

    Any ideas for how to get the logo to show up on the emails?

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Please allow me some time to check the issue you are having further on my end. I'll get back to you on this ticket with my findings as soon as possible.

    I was able to reproduce the issue you are having when I tested a cloned version of your form on my end without making any changes first. However, I was able to fix the issue just by updating the logo in the email content from the email alert settings on the form builder page.

    After downloading the image, I have re-uploaded the image by doing this:
