Two of my assignees are not able to see the form on their account

    Two of my assignees ( and for the form titled "Avana Retail Products Order Form" are unable to access the form in their account. Can you please fix this bug asap?

    Thank you so much for what you have created, I absolutely enjoy working with JotForm.

    There are two different ways to assign people to forms: through email or via a link.

    If you assign your form by email, please follow these steps,

    1.Go to the Form Builder > click on the Publish tab

    2.Assign Form in the left menu

    3.Type assignees' email address in Invite by Email field


    4.Alternatively, click the Copy Link button, and share the link with other people.

    1616659889_605c45b1958a9_Screen Shot 202Please note that your assignees need to sign in Jotform account to access the assigned forms. If you share your form, then other users access and fill out forms that you share without signing in.

    You may check the assignees' email address in Invite by Email field.

    Assignees may check their privacy settings from their accounts. To do this,

    • Click on the Avatar > Settings

    • From Privacy, please uncheck if its selected

    -Require log-in to see submissions,

    -Require log-in to view upload files and

    -Require log-in to view submission RSS.
