Conditional logic is not working for my auto responder email

No auto responder email is sent for what ever amount of eligible loan amount that is generated. Please assist to rectify. Thanks.

I have tested a cloned version of your form and it seems the autoresponder email is sending correctly at my end.

May I know which condition is not working at your end?

I have tested again my form, it sent the email notification only but not the autoresponder. I have tested using gmail, yahoo and self domain, none of them receives the autoresponder. Below is the email log which sent the notifications only.

I noticed the email autoresponder will not sent if the eligible loan amount fall under these range. Anything wrong with these conditional logics?
