How can I make a test request on the form?

You can easily test your form in the preview mode. You can do this by following the steps;

1. Click the Preview Form button on the Form Builder page.
   
   
2. Click the Fill Form button at the left top of the page.
   
   
3. Fill Form button will fill in most of the form elements but you need to fill in some of the form elements like “Appointment” form element. You can fill in them and submit the form.
