You're out of upload space limit.

I have deleted all form submissions from Archive and everywhere so its back to zero yet it still shows You're out of upload space limit.The question is why is this still showing as no further forms can be submitted, and i have no idea why.

I have not only sent to trash, i have deleted the trash as well so anything on a server would be empty
