Can I set an order quantity limit per day?

I am currently working on designing a form that we can use for our online food business. We can only accommodate 100 pcs of kits per day and we want a date to close if the limit has been reached so the customer can click the next available date. Is this possible?

You can use the Gift Registry widget. It allows you to set a quantity for each item, wherein if the limit is reached, the item will become unavailable for selection.
