Interface buggy

    Recently our patients have been complaining about buggy links that don't always work. Also, when submitting at the end of the form, many patients will get a 505 error. It does appear to send the form to us anyway, but it causes confusion and the patient has to call us.

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. We do apologize for the inconvenience that you and your patients have experienced.

    Please note that we did experience a delay in our HIPAA servers within the last week which did cause 5xx errors on the user's end. However, our developers have informed us that the issue is now resolved and all servers are stable.

    If you feel you are still experiencing this issue, kindly share the URLs of the affected forms so that we can report the issue to our developers once again.
