I am not getting responses to my questions

I have sent at least 2 questions and no one has ever responded! Can someone email me to help?

Additionally, all forum replies should be sent to the email address attached to your account. I do see in our email logs that we sent an alert about the response as well as a follow up email asking for feedback.
