Love the camera widget. I would like to be able to have my customers submit multiple images using the camera widget. But it's just emailing over the same photo in 2 locations on my email form. Is my email form set up wrong? I am able to take 2 different photos.

The photo widget can submit only one photo at a time.
Every time you submit the form, the last saved photo will be the one submitted.
If you add more than one photo widget, then each widget would equal to a saved and submitted photo.
From what I have checked, it seems that you have added 2 photo widget, BUT have removed the 2nd because I can no longerr see it in your form.
The e-mail notification was affected when the 2nd photo widget was removed because the e-mail still have the field for the 2nd photo widget.
You can fix the e-mail by creating a new notification using the Add New E-mail button.
