Vaccination Card upload form was providing an error message for some users via the upload function

The Vaccination Card upload form was providing an error message for some users via the upload function. For troubleshooting, we tried different browsers and even tried incognito mode. I also deleted the original File Drop widget and replaced it with a new one. We had the same issues. This prompted me to write the ticket to see if there was an issue on the platform.

I see that the upload field is not required, so the issue was most likely related to some other field. If the same issue happens again, let us know.
