Photo on take photo widget not coming accross

    One of our forms use the widget "Take Photo" in testing if a patient picks a photo from their computer the widget shows the photo to be uploaded on the area of the form, HOWEVER when you submit the form the photo(s) picked do not come across.

    When you say it does not come accross, are you not seeing the photo/photo link within your Tables page?

    Or are you trying to access the photo from the notification email?

    If from the notification email, since your account is HIPAA compliant, note that you need to be login to your Jotform account first in the same browser that you'll open the image link.

    If you are referring to something else, please share a screenshot and please share the submission ID in case we need to send it to our backend team.

    So previously we would hit the 3 dots stacked on top of each other to do a quick print - doing this print option was best for many options - it would not print the page pictures/headers that do not need to be printed, the format/layout was best for transferring information into another database, it printed on fewer pages, etc.

    Now if we hit those dots to print they images of Pt. signature, Pt. insurance cards, etc. do not print it is just blank. The only way we can access the pictures of the cards is now to hit download, wait for it to download and print through the download.

    This method is not a fast, practical, etc. We have times in a week where we have up to 600 forms coming in if not more during Covid vaccine clinics and to have to download each one to be able to print adds more steps, more time, etc. Plus it ends up opening multiple tabs/pages for each that is downloaded.

    I am not sure why or what changed but over the last few months we have been having several issues with forms correctly appearing and printing. We would really prefer to be able to continue to see the full form from the inbox and be able to print the form withOUT having to download each form. I know the information will not appear in the email links notifying us of an incoming form due to HIPAA but once logged in and in the inbox used to show everything without having to download each form.

    Hope that helps clear up what we are referring to.

    I went to do a test form to take a screenshot to show you and it all of a sudden seems to be working again though the past few days had stopped working...... so I will keep watching it next week and if it starts acting up again I will send you a screenshot.
