Every time I make a form it creates 20-30 pdfs

    Every time I create a form, I get 20-30 PDFs. This is very frustrating as I have to dig to find my customized PDF every time I want to use it. Plus, sometimes, it defaults to a different PDF than my custom one. Is there a way to have it only create 1 or 2 pdfs???

    Hello there,

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support, and apologies for the inconvenience! That is certainly very strange behavior. Did you delete all of these PDF's that were automatically created? I just checked your account, and I am only seeing one PDF for the form included in your screenshot.

    Additionally, I just cleared your form cache in hopes that this will resolve the issue moving forward. Please let me know if you continue to have a large number of PDF's automatically generated for your forms.
