Submit: Remove reCAPTCHA from forms?

    Good morning,

    A reCAPTCHA is being generated in the form that I have not programmed, and this is causing inconvenience to the client. Please delete it.

    Hello consultoriahalcon,

    The reCaptcha is added to forms when a high level of activity is detected. This is intended to prevent bots from making automatic submissions. However if this form is used by a company it may cause the same effect. Can you please tell me more about how this form is accessed. (emailed link, embedded, a single computer)

    Once we know more about how the form is being used we can attempt to remove the reCaptcha.

    The form is embed in our site: https://globaliacorporatetravel.com/fremap/

    And is accessible to everyone in the company who needs to request a service.

    Greetings.

    If your form is used on the same network multiple times, then please provide us with your IP, so we could whitelist it. This should prevent captcha from showing.

    It´s not same IP, the form is in our web and each client connect us with their ip.

    In that case, the problem needs to be forwarded to our Developers. They will need to manually remove the captcha from your form. I have reported the problem to them, and as soon as we hear back from them, we will let you know.
