Subaccounts

    Hello. We have created a sub-account under a paid account. When they create, clone, etc a form it goes into their forms, and we cannot access it unless they drag and drop it into all forms. Is this how it works or is there a way that their forms can be automatically placed into all forms?

    Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.

    I have looked up your email address cassie@bigimprint.com in our system and I am unable to locate any active accounts. Can you kindly share the email address or username of the account that you are referring to?

    Also, please note that if an account has shared their forms with you as a sub-account user then they will either need to share each form individually, or they will also have the option to select "Share All Forms" and that will give you access to all of their forms.

    if you need access to all, you will need to ask the person who shared the forms with you to change the settings for your sub-account.
