How to restore my form to its previous version?

    Original title: I linked a PDF after I had the jotform setup

    I linked a pdf tis morning to a completed custom COVID19 jot form and as you would guess it wiped everything out except the conditions hide/show/required/not required. Can I get my form back from yesterday?

    You can restore your form to its previous version by clicking the circle arrow icon in your form builder:
