    Hi David,

Your account is currently over the limit. That is why you are unable to access it. I've reactivated it so you can log in again and delete the excessive uploaded files from the submissions to reduce the size of the uploaded files.

If you want to transfer forms from one account to another then please follow the instructions in the guide below.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/342-how-to-transfer-or-share-forms-and-data-with-another-account

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks

Another problem I'm having with the account. I had my login Harris d 1 2 3 at gmail.com and password changed in my original account 2 the password and apparently another account I created 4 other people in my business to be able to login. I thought this was a user account on the original account not a separate account. When I did that it wouldn't allow me to log into the original account anymore and would only allow me to log into the secondary account. To avoid confusion and resending all new passwords to my co-workers I used the same password and user ID as a maid I'm the sub account. I tried to delete the sub account so it could log into the original account. Still no luck it still brings up a sub account. Now when I try to login to drop form with my original account and password it won't log into it. And when I try to log in with the other account it won't log into it either on the tables.

After realizing what happened I realize that I should have deleted the sub account if I had known it was a separate individual account. And then use the passwords that I wanted to use to change my account and transfer account ownership to my business so I could upgrade to avoid overuse. I hope I haven't lost my table data that I have saved over the last few months. Originally I was only trying this out to see how well or effective it was going to be and it proved to be very useful so I wanted to upgrade this and continue using it.

Is there any way you could reset my password to its original password and user. Harris d123 at gmail.com. and password x2NhDbGa@!NSiAM so I can access the tables and remove the user account or transfer to the user account.

You can try to reset the password of your account(s) by following the instructions in this guide.

    Reference Guide: How-to-reset-JotForm-account-password

Please note that the password reset instructions will be sent to the email address that is linked to the account.

I understand that you are trying to log-in using your Google Account and when you reset your account password by following the instructions in the guide I linked above, you will be asked to establish a password for your JotForm account that you can use instead.

Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.
