How do I update the PDF?

    Good Afternoon,

    I need to update one of the PDF forms that I created within DocuSign. The PDF document I originally uploaded is not correct. I would like to upload the updated pdf document to my pdf template i already created. I spent a significant amount of time matching/connecting the text boxes with the uploaded pdf document. There are 8 pages within my patient intake forms. I only need to change 1 form. Is there any easy way to go about this? I do not want to have to upload all 8 forms all over again and connect the pdf bubbles with the document. I only need to swap out one form. What is the best way I can do this without having to redo all of the work I have done? I do not want to build an entire new series of forms all over again just because we updated the office policies on 1 page. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    You may update the PDF on your existing form. You won't lose any mapping of the textboxes.

    You may first try it out on the cloned form first and once it is successful you may upload the new PDF in the original form.
