How can I have clients cancel their appointment?

Hi, a few things while I've been using Jotform I wanted to ask!

• How can I have clients cancel their appointment, or do I have to cancel it for them when they email me?
• Is there an add-to calendar option that I can include in their confirmation email?
• Am I able to integrate with Squarespace
• Am I able to time reminder emails on a certain date, and not just expect them to go out at any time on the selected date?

How can I have clients cancel their appointment, or do I have to cancel it for them when they email me?

You may edit the submission from the Sheets submissions view to uncheck the time selected in the appointment field to cancel the appointment. Alternatively, you may also add the Edit link in the email autoresponder sent to the client so that they'll be able to edit and uncheck the time selected. If the Appointment field is set to be a required field, you'll need to add Get Form Page URL widget to the form and setup a condition as shown below to make the appointment field as a not required field when editing the submission.
