My form email notification is not working

    Hello Jotform,

    I have used your form for our bodybuilding show going on three years now. The initial year and last year, I had very little problem with your application and its setup. This year however, your form is stumping me and causing more difficulties then I can manage. I have some questions for troubleshooting from you, that I would like answered as soon as possible.

    First, your form is not being emailed to me when it is completed. In years past, this was always sent out immediately. Now, it is sitting in the "inbox" on your site instead. I am not here to pay for another email, I am here for your form. Your current setup requires me to forward each and every entry to my email, which I will not be able to conduct throughout the next sixteen weeks.


    the registration form that I have created has multiple class selections attached to it. The selected classes are paramount for me to know what each entry entails. This information is not available at all, even in your inbox registration form completion. I need to know how this information can be attained and changed on the form so it is received each and every time a form is completed. We have over fifteen class listings for competitors to register for, and their selection is not being forwarded.

    Hello Aaron,

    I've checked your form and found that the Recipient Eemail is missing in the Email Notification of your form, you only need to add you email and save the notification to get every new submission in your email, please check the below screen cast.

    It seems I am now extremely confused as I cannot access the form you have helped me on, and I only have access to our prior form from years before. This form is more preferable to me but it has no option now for a payment form via paypal. I need advice as soon as possible on how to utilize paypal for this old form that is now my only accessibility point as we will have our registered athletes completely void of payment at this point.

    Hello! It seems that you have two different accounts with us. One is maraxususmc and another is CecilPhillipsClassic.

    2. This particular form ( is under the account CecilPhillipsClassic.

    Wow, thank you so much for showing me that I didn't lose the original form. I was extremely nervous for a second and I guess I attached one form to a personal email and one to my business. Now that we have clarified that they both exist, they also both are not working correctly. I am going to attempt to tackle the form you helped me on originally today with your advices by changing the registrations selections. If that doesn't work, I will shoot your a message by the end of the day.
