not everything showing on form

    Could you please explain what exactly is now showing on the form?

    Are you referring to details missing on your emails or on your submission page?

    Or are you referring to fields missing on your published form?

    I checked all forms in your account and the fields are shown correctly on the form and also in the emails.

    Please check and provide us more information on your issue so that we could investigate further.

    Sorry fields on my published forms are not showing. When i fill out my form they are there but when i view submissions it leaves some stuff out.

    Thanks for this added information.

    From your last response, it seems that you are facing issues while viewing submissions from your Form submission page. Is that correct?

    I checked your account and only this form https://www.jotform.com/form/210854748267061 has submissions in it.

    There are two entries on the submission page. One row is empty and the other one has data.

    There are two possibilities:

    1. When you click on the +Add button at the end of the row, you can add a new empty submission entry.
    2. All fields of the form are not marked as required. Any user could have directly submitted the form without entering data in the fields.
