You may setup an email autoresponder to the form and enable the option to send the email later.

If you want to send the email at an earlier date of the selected appointment date, you may be required to setup conditions by adding a new date field to the form.

Hi this is helpful for appointment reminders, but how about event start time reminders. Say I need to remind people 10 minutes before their event, how can I schedule an email for that time?

Hi - this only allows me to send a form completion reminder to 5 people at a time. I am looking to be able to send an event reminder to all those that complete the form 10 minutes prior to the event they signed up for. Is this possible?

Hi again,
Please note that Reminder Emails can't have more than 5 recipients.
Also, auto-respondents don't work prior to submitting the form, but rather after.
