Can I allow my clients to access only their forms without them having to create a separate JotForm account?

By " Access " I presume that you mean you want them to be able to edit and modify or view their submissions also? Is that correct?
Unfortunately I don't really know of this being possible. The reason for that is that when you create a Sub-Account to be listed under your main account so that other people or clients can review and help manage their own forms it prompts them via an email to Register this way our system associates the forms with their account. It also helps to visually verify and know who has what form and such since without knowing that it would thus likely become a problem.
