Sorry! Only one entry is allowed

    Hi
    This is Arash
    I drafted a five-page form as the first try with JOTFORM. it doesn't work in the last step and after submitting the form. it shows this error: "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed."

    How can I fix it?

    It happens if the Unique Submission is turned on. This feature limits the form submissions to prevent multiple or duplicate submissions.

    I checked your form and I can see that it is set to "Check cookies and IP". Please, switch it to "No Check" and try again.
