Email for password reset wasn't received

    Dear Support,

    Please help us getting back our password since the person in charge is no longer with us. Our company email did not receive any reset link to reset the password. If so please send the link directly to our Gmail company email: as soon as possible. We are currently need to review all the forms and compiling all the data for future use. Below attached is the old reset link that succeeded but the newest link is not appeared. Please view on you side and help us on this problems.

    Can you please let us know to what account are you referring? I have checked the account related to the email you have provided, and it has only one form with 18 submissions. If you have an account related to another email, please share the email of that account.

    Note that we can't assist with the password reset, however, we can make sure the email is delivered to you.
