To clarify, how do you print the form?
Are you printing it directly within the browser before submission?
Or are you printing the submission within the Inbox or PDF Editor?
I tried both methods but can't seem to replicate the issue you reported. The output has no missing fields in it.
Can you tell us more about the method you're using so we can replicate it on our end? It would be great if you could also provide a screenshot. Here's a guide on how-to-post-screenshots here.

write it out.
It's also not printing the second selection to have the agree and
understand underneath instead of the side.

I have checked your PDF editor https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor/210725405572148 and it seems that the mentioned fields seem to show on the print preview on my end.
I have now cleared your form cache. Could you please recheck and let us know if the issue persists?
