The form will not print all the info that is on the form. It is missing info if I print or look at it in the side view

    To clarify, how do you print the form?

    Are you printing it directly within the browser before submission?

    Or are you printing the submission within the Inbox or PDF Editor?

    I tried both methods but can't seem to replicate the issue you reported. The output has no missing fields in it.

    Can you tell us more about the method you're using so we can replicate it on our end? It would be great if you could also provide a screenshot. Here's a guide on how-to-post-screenshots here.

    It is missing my signature picture, and the litter information. I had to
    write it out.
    It's also not printing the second selection to have the agree and
    understand underneath instead of the side.
