hivinfo@flhealth.gov is the email at which I need to receive form submissions.
NOT TESTFLKEYSDESIGN@GMAIL.COM
I went inside my settings for my account and changed the email address to: hivinfo@flhealth.gov
Will this solve my problem since I have a free account? Will the forms still go to the testflkeysdesign@gmail.com account? I need them all to go to: hivinfo@flhealth.gov.

Once you change the email address, the notification emails will be sent to your new address by default.
