Account suspension question

    Hello, I and the owner of Del Bosque Vacations and my account was suspended due to “suspected fishing”

    I was trying to figure out how to get this resolved.

    I was planning to use this for a trip confirmation form as well as credit card authorization and identification verification to help protected my business from fraud and miscommunications.

    Kindly noted that the collection of sensitive information such as credit card information, login credential, etc are not allowed in our form and are violating our Term of Use.

    Collecting Sensitive Information. You may not use the Jotform Service to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to, credit card information and any type of login credentials. You may collect some sensitive information such as social security numbers or driver’s license numbers, but you are required to use best security practices of Jotform Inc. including SSL and Encrypted Forms features. You are solely responsible for compliance with any data protection and privacy laws and rules applicable to the sensitive information.

    If you would like to accept payment in your form, we suggested using one of our payment processors instead.

    To reactivate your account, you will need to comply with our Term of Use and allow us to remove the offending fields. Would you comply with our Term of Use and allow us to remove the offending fields?
