JotForm Tables: Data from active Multiple choice in a field greyed out

    Hi there,

    Not sure what happened in the past I can normally go into a submission and Edit a submitted form if client wants to join more classes. But now some of the previously ticked choices are greyed out and if I go into Edit, I lose all that greyed out info...help please ...urgent

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Are you editing the submission directly from the JotForm tables or using the edit submission link? If the selected options are removed, you can always add those again by clicking on "Add".
